Consultation & Proposal $100
We will meet and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.
We will review our eight-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would. We will provide a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming one room of your home. We will give you the photos of that transformation to use in your marketing efforts. We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home. A $50.00 credit will go towards any future staging service if decided that day.
Quick Home Makeover Report $150
This report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction. This customized, photo-filled report focuses on the most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and obtain a faster sale. The report is emailed to the seller or agent.
This report will focus on three major rooms in the home and is great for agents who are interested in great web site photos.
Half Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign $450
This service is for those homes that need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet. Masterpiece Home Staging will be working from our eight-step Action Plan. In the consultation, we began to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will use accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for you or your agent to use in marketing efforts, and give you suggestions of what to purchase that goes a long way in updating each room of the home. We’ll stop just shy of our half day in order to assess our progress. At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Masterpiece Home Staging Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices if needed, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.
Full Day of Home Staging or Interior Redesign $750
This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for you or your agent’s marketing efforts, and a list of purchases you can make to complete the look. We’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess our progress. At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Masterpiece Home Staging Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices if needed, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover. We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides or links for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.
New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend $1200
This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House! Masterpiece Home Staging will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream. We will work from a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session. This plan includes great marketing photos for your web site and flyers. To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!
